Summary[]
Dr. Lightman and Torres attempt to discover if a convicted gang-leader, Manny Trillo, has truly changed, and if he deserves to be released from prison. If the gang leader is freed on parole, he might help fight inner-city violence or return to his life of crime.
Meanwhile, Foster and Loker investigate the suspicious death of a firefighter who may have been killed by one of his colleagues while fighting an intense blaze.
